St. Teresa’s Nursery, were recognised by The West Belfast Parternship Board by winning the Ark Housing Education Award for their outstanding environmental work within our community. The school continued to reach out to parents during lockdown 2020 by involving them in a planting project to decorate their ‘Welcome Wall’. This has been replanted by our current butterflies. The entrance to the butterfly school is bright, warm and inviting much like the school. Thanks to Laura from Ark Housing and WBPB for the award which reflects the hard work of staff, parents and children. Everyone in our community strives to be ‘the best that they can be’.
